These Terms of Service govern your use of CoachTamica.com and services offered by Coach Tamica and Lloyd Health Revolution, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, submitting a form, registering for an event, purchasing a resource, or participating in a service, you agree to these terms.

Educational and Coaching Services

Our coaching, speaking, events, programs, audio recordings, worksheets, and digital resources provide education, encouragement, and personal-development support. They are not medical care, mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, legal advice, or financial advice. No coach-client relationship is a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship.

Health and Safety

Consult an appropriately licensed professional before changing medication, nutrition, exercise, mental-health treatment, or other health practices. Do not delay or disregard professional care because of information from this website or our services. The website and its content, including RECLAIM Your Power™, the 5 Minute RECLAIM Reset, programs, recordings, worksheets, frameworks, graphics, copy, and training materials, are owned by or licensed to Lloyd Health Revolution, LLC and protected by applicable law. Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, nontransferable right to use the material for your own noncommercial purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, share, teach, publish, upload, distribute, or create derivative products from our material without written permission.

Recordings and Events

Online and in-person events may be photographed or recorded. When recording is planned, we will provide notice where reasonably practical. Separate consent may be requested for testimonials, interviews, or prominent use of your name or likeness.

We may use or link to third-party services for forms, payments, scheduling, events, video, email, or other functions. We are not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, or practices. Your use of those services may be governed by additional terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a legal claim, each party agrees to make a good-faith effort to resolve the concern directly, except when urgent relief or a legal deadline requires otherwise.

Changes and Severability

We may update these terms as our services change. The effective date identifies the current version. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
